1. Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances and within 15 days of the original purchase date:

• Significant Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives with substantial damage clearly attributable to shipping, please contact customer support immediately at returns@artbazarindia.com with photographic evidence.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact customer support within 7 days of receipt.
  
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity and value of our artifacts, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• All Promotional Items: Promotional items are offered at significantly reduced prices due to various factors and are final sale.
• Personalized or Customized Items: Items specifically created or altered to your specifications cannot be returned.
• Artifacts with Signs of Use or Mishandling: Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for return.
• Items Not in Original Condition: Returns must include all original packaging and components. Incomplete or altered items will not be accepted.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved returns will be processed promptly. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15-20 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or significantly damaged items sent by Art Bazar e-store. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
